A huge thank you to Caleb for his excellent service! He was thorough, professional, and even came out the same day to troubleshoot our AC issue after we had been without air for a week. After having a local competitor say it would take them a week to get parts and fix, and wanting to charge an excessive amount, Caleb got us fixed up and running same day. This is the first time I used Regan. They replaced the entire HVAC system in my rental home. They did a great job and I am very happy. Communication was good and everyone was very friendly. I got quotes from 4 different local companies and Regan was the lowest priced of the four quotes by a substantial margin. I rolled the dice, worried I wouldn't get a good install or service because of the low price, but the opposite was true. Now I have a lovely new Trane unit and my tenants are very happy. Called Regan & Son after another company came out and "fixed" my heat.. Dustin and Caleb arrived in no time, diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even checked that the generator would kick on after they fixed my heat. They were both very professional, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend using Regan & Son! Read Less
