Excellent service from the young lady who answered the telephone to the young gentleman who came to my rescue. He was prompt and courteous in his return call and his arrival. He fixed the furnace in a very timely manner and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company. Thank You, J. Adkins

We were losing heat on a Saturday night with a winter mix to deal with. They sent a technician who was able to check out our Trane HVAC and get it functioning. It was a lot to ask with the existing weather conditions so I really appreciate the extra effort on his part. Thank you so much.

After having a local competitor say it would take them a week to get parts and fix, and wanting to charge an excessive amount, Caleb got us fixed up and running same day. This is the first time I used Regan. They replaced the entire HVAC system in my rental home. They did a great job and I am very happy. Communication was good and everyone was very friendly. I got quotes from 4 different local companies and Regan was the lowest priced of the four quotes by a substantial margin. I rolled the dice, worried I wouldn't get a good install or service because of the low price, but the opposite was true. Now I have a lovely new Trane unit and my tenants are very happy. I would definitely use Regan again. Read Less
