Called Regan & son this morning because I noticed an issue with our ground floor furnace cycling twice before igniting. They sent someone out in just a short while. Bradley did an excellent job at diagnosing the issue with our ground floor furnace and took the time to clean the burners well to make them work properly. We moved to NC from the way north and our new home had 2 Heat Pump/Ac units. Of coarse moving into a rural area our power to the house can be unpredictable and it caused some capacitors to burn out. Every time I have had an issue I have called Regan and Sons and they have showed up the same day and fixed it within an hour each time. It is hard to find honest people in todays world, not once have they overcharged me and I thought their rates were more than on the acceptable side. I can’t thank them enough for just having integrity in their service and customer service. They show up on time, in uniform, ready to fix anything if they can. I have called them several times to come out and fix things and each time I tell myself I need to leave a review because you just don’t see many companies that provide great work at reasonable prices. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to call them. When we build a new home we will definitely use Ragan and Sons for our next installation!
