I will never use another HVAC company. Regan & Son have always been professional and reasonable but my most recent experience with them was fantastic! Our AC was not working and I just had a baby 6 weeks ago. They made sure to come out right away and the technician was great - courteous and quick. A prompt, friendly response to my service request. The technician took his time diagnosing my system's issue, and was tremendously informative in explaining what he did to remedy the problem. Have previously used a competitor for service that was more interested in selling a preventative maintenance package, than repairing the problem (which was not repaired!) Caleb Atkins was great for Reagan and Sons Heating and Air when he came for a service call for no cooling on my Tempstar heat pump. My 91 year old mother lives with me and I really appreciated the prompt service call of less than 3 hours after my initial call. Caleb diagnosed problem and had me up and running in 10 minutes! Wow! Regan & Son is simply the best! They have been quick to respond to calls and provide quality HVAC service. Each technician worked with has been friendly, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. One scenario where a popular HVAC company quoted an extensive and expensive repair job, Regan & Son solved within a couple hours and the final cost 1/4 of what the other company had quoted.
